How I work

My approach is pragmatic and delivery-focused: collaboration over ivory-tower design, architecture aligned to business strategy, and accountability for outcomes, not ticket throughput.

I stay hands-on where it unblocks teams: reviews, design sessions, production incidents, and AI-assisted implementation, so advice is grounded in how systems actually behave under load.

I also work with a trusted network of engineering and architecture partners. When you need extra capacity, specialist expertise, or hands-on delivery, I can bring in the right people for team augmentation while keeping one clear lead on the engagement.
